What’s the difference between the Adventure Towl and a regular cotton terry towel?

Adventure Towl was developed specifically for today's active lifestyle. By using high-tech fibres, we have developed towels that are more absorbent, more compact, much lighter weight, and dry much faster than regular cotton terry towels.

For example, the Adventure Towl Outdoor is made of special viscose fibres which absorbs up to 10 times it’s weight in liquid and releases over 90% of absorbed liquid when wrung out. Unlike cotton towels which are harder to wring out and take a long time to dry, everyone appreciates the super quick-dry feature of Adventure Towl.

With the packing demands of the average traveller, it goes without saying that the right towel is the one that takes the least amount of space and weight. Our Adventure Towel Travel, made of ultrafine microfibre, is the most luxurious yet compact, lightweight travel towel on the market.

 
 
 
 
What is the difference between viscose and microfibre towels?
 

The main difference is the feel. The Adventure Towl Spa, Adventure Towl Travel and Adventure Towl Sport are made from ultrafine microfibres which are 1/100th the thickness of a human hair. They have a super soft, supple feel that is ideal for sensitive skin since it glides over the body when drying. The microfibre towels are also thinner and more compact.

The Adventure Towl Outdoor, made from 100% viscose, is super absorbent and therefore, in addition to being a body towel, it’s also ideal for tent and boat puddles, and kitchen clean ups.

 
 
 
 
How do I care for my Adventure Towl?
 

All Adventure Towl products have the same use and care guidelines. Hand or machine wash hot, with any detergent. Do not machine dry, iron, bleach or use fabric softeners. Air dry thoroughly before packing.

 
 
 
 
Is the Adventure Towl Spa therapuetic?
 

Adventure Towl Spa is the first microfibre towel with natural floral scent and Vitamin E. Using micro encapsulation technology, natural essence has been embedded into the towel to release a relaxing, gentle aroma. The aroma is only released when the towel is used, and provides a subtle hint of jasmine or lavender flowers.

Using the same technology, Vitamin E is released when capsules are broken through use; soothing for dry and sensitive skin.

The Adventure Towl Spa duo pack includes a deep-cleaning, invigorating skin towel. The specially textured surface gently stimulates skin and blood circulation for a massage sensation and is deep cleaning - leaving skin looking healthy and fresh.
 
 
 
 

Will my Adventure Towl Outdoor get softer?

 
The Adventure Towl Outdoor only feels stiff when new. Upon the first washing and wringing out, the towel changes instantly - it becomes much softer, more flexible and supple. In fact, the more you wash it and use it, the nicer it gets.
